Stupid Liberal Quote Of the Week

Saying "Stupid Liberal" and "Nancy Pelosi" in the same sentence is redundant:

So Nancy,what are going to do when there is no more gas for your gas guzzling SUV or jet fuel for the jet you fly home on every weekend? What has the Democratic controlled Congress done about the problem? NADA,NOTHING & ZILCH!

I guess you will just have to stay in Washington,take public transportation like the rest of the great unwashed,and get some work done for a change! I decided to give you the "Most Disappointing Democrat of the Week Award" as the "Head Up Your Ass Award" is not appropriate as you always have your head up your ass!

I know that some of the real claims made are that there are as for now many drilling permits that the oil companies received and are just sitting on.
They don't drill and they don't return the land either so in this way it make sense to check all the existing permits that are not acted upon before the next step.
I do believe there would eventually be no other option but to allow the offshore drilling as the gas price is climbing all the time

I agree Bev - The oil companies are not off the hook on this one. betterhave good explanations for not utilizing the leases you have before screaming for the need of more land.
In fact, hate to say it, but the GOP & oil industry push for more access without addressing the potential on current leases makes me suspicious of the motivations to get more land. You trying to help the country (and make money) or just trying to improve your lease hold position without real benefits to the country ?
It is well known that any field drilled today will not see it;s oil hit the market for 3-5 years. Stop wasting so much time on ANWAR and tell me what you're gonna do with what you have?
