Well, we can always make using illegal things more illegal. The question is, will it have any effect (besides further packing our already overcrowded jails)? Besides, it is already illegal to drive while drunk.
The thing with Montana is, much of that state outside of its cities is sooooo wide open and remote that this law might have little effect there, too.

Yeah but now you won't be able to drive while drinking even if your BAC is legal. This is a step in the right direction towards banning ANY drinking or eating while driving. People slurping a snow cone while driving are as dangerous to others as the psychopaths on their cell
