Judge again orders Nader off Florida's ballot

Please Jeb Bush does not have the say so in who goes on the ballot. This is a democrat trying to boost Kerry's vote. This is stupid. It is doesn't matter if you belong to a party or not x number of signatures get you on a ballot. You do not have to be part of a party to run for office. This is a democratic attempt to boost Kerry's vote. The truth is that it does not matter.

What dems don't understand is that Nader voters only went to the poles because they say an alternative to the Republicans and Democrats. These are people who have lost faith in BOTH parties. They will not vote in the election if Nader is off the ballot. The truth is Gore got a few extra votes from Nader supporters last time. These were young or disillusioned voter who registered only to vote for the Green party. Some of them when they saw Nader didn't have a chance voted for Gore. These people would have never voted for Gore had Nader not been on the ballot. You can not win the votes of those who registered just to vote for Nader. Without him the Green party supporters don't vote.

This is the same with Ross Perot. He didn't take votes from Dole or Bush sr. If he had not run these people would have been on their cans watching the Simpsons on election day not at the polls.

The truth is that in Florida, it matters. It's called law, something which I don't expect you to understand.

Poles? What poles? The North Pole?

Of course, they vote. They are more likely to vote than you are.
