I don't get the latest federal judge ruling that penalizing fake military heroes in unconstitutional?? So what are they saying - you can impersonate an army veteran?

It is not a matter of whether he's a veteran or not. It's a simple matter of fraud and I hope this decision will be overturned on appeal.
