Seems to me that if these 'hundreds' of po under-represented guilty as hell folk who are all now going to death row need to do is ask their $60 an hour public defenders if they know how to fill out a simple plea agreement, which would save them from the death penalty as well as save the Alabama taxpayers a ton of money.

It doesn't seem to require legal genius to avoid the death penalty - just the balls to admit you are guilty.
