I tell you Harry I do not know what happened to all that money but I do know what that pissed away on Iraq money is now not going to buy?

F-22 Raptors!

Just read in JANE'S that the Pentagon is now so short it is now very likely that it will cut back the amount of Raptors it will purchase by at least half!
